Saturday marks the official start of the Olympic year, with the US Olympic Marathon Trials taking place in Houston, TX. Former Bobcats ,Craig Leon and Abigail Swift, will both be running. The race will air on NBC, Saturday, from 3-5pm. You can get live race updates by heading to the Team Run Eugene facebook page Saturday morning. So, thanks, Ohio University, for everything!  I’m grateful to be a member of the Bobcat family and I am constantly reminded by those family members why it is you are so exceptional.  I may no longer wear Ohio across the front of my jersey, but come race day in January, those four letters will be stamped across my soul.  When it’s go time, I hope to show the rest of the US what being a Bobcat really means!
