Now that both signing days are over, I'm curious what everyone thinks of the class? Any favorite recruits or gems you are looking for?

Getting a 6’7”-375 OL eligible dude from Va Tech is a great start since we lose only one offensive lineman.

The last three we signed may be 3 of the best.

Denson is a really fast CB.

Rhone is a 6’5” WR with big time offers.

DE Wilson from Georgia has played organized ball for just a few years.

The Center from Michigan could start as a Freshman.

Considering the circumstances with COVID, the coaches did one hell of a job with this class. IMO, one of the best classes in the Solich era (at least based on the ratings). Time will tell how it all actually plays out but I'm feeling good.

Obvious gems: Denson (CB), Rhone (WR)
Excited about: Cox Jr (CB), Quinn (LB)

Most interesting thing of the day is a signed mystery recruit who asked to not be announced until next week. Never heard that one before. Will be interesting to see who it is.

As usual, Ohio crushes it with the second signing date getting some huge signees. A lot of people fail to realize how some of the best recruits of the classes have come on the second period.

Despite the free year of eligibility, I still think there ought to be one quarterback in every class.

Every other non-specialist group, besides DT which isn't a big need, got addressed with some very exciting pieces. Just hoping the mystery guy is a quarterback.

They have offered 4 or 5 2022 QB's today/tonight.

You are spot on with getting that transfer from VaTech. Only losing 1 lineman and being able to pick up a ready to play kid is big. Really looking forward to seeing what these corner backs can do. Definitely need some help there.

I have to say offering 4 QB's was a surprise to me. I hope all is good inhouse with Rourke and CJ Harris. All four offers are shooting for a big time QB recruit.

The St. X QB is the real deal.

Seen him up close and personal twice this year, maybe best recruit at that position. Good reads, good arm strength, tough as nails. Accurate and big number capable. Saw him light up St Iggy for 555 and 7 TD’s. Was a treat.

I heard a talk show yesterday talking about Arizona State making 357 offers, I presume this year. Talk about casting a wide net. I think we are proud of our more limited number of offers in the MAC.! Seen that on Twitter anyway.
