Those look like walk on numbers.

Nobody despises to lose more than I do. That's got me into trouble over the years, but it also made a man of mediocre ability into a pretty good coach. Woody Hayes

It's hard to tell with kicker statistics sometimes. He only made one field goal but didn't get many chances to try. Maybe that was because his team almost always scored touchdowns. He kicked a lot of extra points, so it seems that could be the case. Kicking touchbacks on the majority of his kickoffs as a junior is a good indication of his leg strength. It seems that a lot of the time kickers come in with a chance to earn a scholarship by winning the kicking job. In this case, he'd probably redshirt and then get that chance after Zervos graduates.

At 6'4"/230 lbs., I gotta imagine he'd be the biggest kicker in the MAC...

Quite possibly as big as the combined weight of the two kickers on the Ohio roster, Zervos and Farkas, he plans to replace.

Good for Tristian: Canisius' Vandenberg is kicking for a cause: fighting childhood cancer

Good to know that a new Ohio recruit is also a man of great character. :)

Vandenberg will be a preferred walk-on.
