Intrigued by the NIU and Toledo game. There have been a lot of close games between these two over the years and I think that the winner here will likely win the West.

Huskies played the role reversal game in their first two weeks, winning against BC then losing the Latitude Bowl against SIU.

I guess I am of the opinion that some of these over achieving acts in non-conference against P5 opponents early on don't mean that much in determining how competitive a program will be in MAC play. NIU could have caught BC on a bad day.

Ohio is going to be favored in all of its remaining regular season games, including Miami who has to get it done at Frank Solich Field.

Most Memorable Bobcat Events Attended
2010 97-83 win over Georgetown in NCAA 1st round
2012 45-13 victory over ULM in the Independence Bowl
2015 34-3 drubbing of Miami @ Peden front of 25,086

How many times has NIU beaten a Toledo team with more talent in the last 15 years?

Haven't heard any updates on the health of Dequan Finn, who was carted off last week.

What a day at the Convo.....Wow!

Watching MOFO at Kent to see if the Golden Flushes are as bad as their record indicates. They are. Defensively they're showing better than they've been; it's ony 16-3 in the third quarter, so they probably won't give up the 36 pts they've been averaging. Offensively they're as advertised (12 ppg). They can be dangerous; they hit a long TDD pass on the first play of the second half but it was called back on a 5-yd penalty. And they just followed up a nice gainer with a big sack. Just 40 yds rushing so far, 138 total.

A week ago, BG played the saddest game I've ever seen with my own eyes by a MAC team. Today they are embarrassing GT in Atlanta. It be like that sometimes

Very impressive performance. Georgia Tech’s 2 losses before this were a 39-34 loss to now 5-0 Louisville and a loss to top-20 Ole Miss.

Bowling Green has won some head scratchers in the midst of some bad seasons. The had a win over Minnesota a few years ago that was maybe the upset of the year. They beat Marshall last year the week after they lost to EKU and Marshall beat Notre Dame.

We are going to be something like a 26 point favorite I believe.

That's a lot since our highest offensive output this season is 27 vs long Island. Yes i realize defensive tds are worth the same. But still.

Kent's highest point total this season vs 1A/FBS teams is 10 points, vs Fresno St last week. They've scored 25 pts in four 1A/FBS games, a 6.3 oog average. They had just one TD in those four games. They've given up 167 pts in those games, a 41.8 ppg. If Kurtis stays healthy a 26=pt spread might be a little low.

Hard to believe Georgia Tech upset UNC at the end of last season and nearly beat 5-0 Louisville at the beginning of this season.... just to lose to BG.

Middle Tennessee 49-28 over Georgia Tech (Sep 29, 2012)

Take a mid-major lightly at your own peril.

I believe NIU beat them a few years ago, too.

Just think, Bowling Green held the ball 43 minutes! That is amazing. They will win some MAC games if they play like they are capable of. They only had one player ejected this week.
