The judge, however, clarified that anyone who signed a deal with the NFL is not eligible for this, so Williams, who participated in Jets minicamp, is potentially not eligible. Rookie minicamps are unpaid mostly except for travel, food, etc. Mostly chaos, this ruling. I imagine we could fill a few slots. You'd have to get kids enrolled, etc., in very short order.
