I can't recall a time when there was less promotion of a spring game. Today's event is buried on Ohiobobcats.com. No emails, etc. this week to build attendance. And, of course, no equipment sale.

For anyone attending the Spring Game, let us know how everything went. Anything that stood out like nice plays being made or announcements, that would be great.

I mainly focused on the offensive side of the ball and also went out to get some Kona Ice about halfway through so I may have missed some interesting things.

Poulos played the most out of the 6 QB’s, I would say followed by Levi Davis, and then Vezza. I believe it was Poulos that had a pretty nice touchdown pass to Preston Bowman. Levi Davis had a very nice touchdown pass that was a back shoulder throw to where only the receiver could get it. Davis also ran an option pitch that resulted in a rushing touchdown for the running back.

Poulos, Levi Davis, and Hype Grand ran some offense without the QB jerseys on and ran a few QB runs and ran a few plays each where they could be touched.

My key thoughts: All the QB’s played pretty well and also Preston Bowman looks like he is going to be a very key piece this upcoming season

They fired the marketing person. There's no one currently in that role.

Curious about the EQ sale.

Between social media and emails I had several notices on the events happening this weekend. Now I feel they could of been better as I sought clarification on some events. Hopefully they improve this area moving on quickly.

I did see a nice sale by the Culinary folks and bought my little one some clothes. All in all it was a good time and based upon the parking situation it seemed to be well attended.

Kidfest may have had something to do with that and it looked like a big dodgeball event happening in Ping.
