New Staff?

	Hire new OC and DC
	Keep Izzy as OC and hire QB coach
	Move Coach Wood to DC and hire LBer coach
	Move someone from D staff to DC and hire area of need
	Do nothing
	Other

If we keep Izzy as OC, and so far I have no reason to think we won't, we'll almost certainly keep him as QB coach as well.

Don't know about OC or DC but I do believe we are getting a new OL coach. Probs will be announced soon.
