I'm glad they went through the process of talking with other candidates before making their decision. Smith is well spoken and took our offense to another level down the stretch. It lets us have some continuity and keep our current culture in place to an extent. Hopefully the timing gives the guys a boost on the field too. Would be great to finish off an 11-win season. Would be one of the truly special years in Ohio football history.
