It would be interesting if they broke it down a bit. Is everyone suffering equally, or are Pitt and Penn State doing fine while the rest of the system takes the hit?

They’ve all been hit, but Pitt and Penn St not as much. The normal schools like Cal PA, Edinboro, Indiana PA, etc. have all been struggling and there have been staff cuts and mergers.
