Daeqwon Plowden a DNP for Kings in opener. Yanic Niederhauser played 4 min. and scored 4 pts for Clippers. Others?? Finally, look for the NBA Rookie of the Year not to be a former MAC player, but the son of one of the MAC's all-time greats, Miami's Ron Harper. Dylan Harper, of San Antonio, will make 3 straight Spurs to be named rookie of the year (you read it here first). Harper outscored top pick Cooper Flagg 15-10 in 9 fewer minutes in both teams' opener. With Giannis sitting out, Rollins led all players with 32 pts and 8 assists in Bucks' win over Warriors last night. Good find. Coming off the Kings' bench last night, Plowden was perfect (4-4) from 2, perfect (3-3) from 3, and perfect from the line (2-2) for 17 pts to go with 4 reb. In 12 games, he's averaging around 8 pts.
